# How to join a Logos Circle

Each Circle is a local group that meets in person at least once a month.

Meetings are usually structured around a winnable issue — a specific, local problem that the group identifies and works on together in a practical way.

Circles are designed to move from discussion to action, building trust and momentum through small, achievable outcomes.

#### How to start a Circle

Circles bring together people in different roles, with different motivations and levels of experience. You don’t need to fit a specific mold, what matters is that you care about building something real with others.

One of the following roles may resonate with you:

**Activist / Participant**\
You care about a local or societal issue and want to contribute. You’re looking for community, purpose, and practical ways to make an impact—without needing to lead.

**Circle Steward (Organiser / Leader)**\
You are someone who takes initiative. You like bringing people together, organising activities, and turning ideas into action. You’re motivated to build and sustain a local community over time.

**Builder (Technical or Creative)**\
You like creating things—tools, systems, research, media, or infrastructure. You’re motivated by solving real problems and contributing your skills to something meaningful.
