Within 3 months:

• Scope and define a clear, achievable, winnable issue.

• Share your plan on the Logos Forum — outline the issue, who’s responsible for what, and the next steps for delivery.

Within 6 months:

• Deliver your winnable issue and celebrate your progress!

If your issue starts to feel too big to deliver within this timeframe, consider scaling it back. It’s better to keep momentum and motivation high by celebrating small wins along the way; these can build up to one larger winnable issue over time.
